Going to be in Perth and self driving in WA next week....which operator give best coverage in WA. Is it better to get those talk and data type SIM card or just data type for surfing and google map purpose. Or should rent those wifi devices from the telco?

Not sure if Perth airport can rent and pick them up.....like those in Japan......

Understand operator includes Vodafone, Optus, Telstra... Not sure if there is others
Came across this amaysim too, is it an operator/telco too?

Thanks!!

amaysim is a reseller. go for optus, they currently have promotion. pay $50 for 9 GB data plus free talk minutes. can be used to make international calls also, more than enough. 2nd choice will be vodafone, after you come out of perth airport, there is a vodafone shop but i think not as good. depends on how long you stay there. i say optus is better. hope it helps in a way.

theres hordes of prcs in australia especially melbourne,im pretty sure the whole damn australia is celebrating and trying to get the chinks' money especially the casinos.its their only life support.hell australia is the only country where they have banking and real estate advertisements in chinese and i cant even read that shit.

i mean come on this is australia we are talking about, they keep having heritage days and culture festivals and multiracial funfairs, and indian and malaysian and swiss food and dancing and shit and fondling and sucking foreigners balls.i bet the whole of elizabeth market is turned into some chinese pasar malam and street food or something.

most aussies dun like chinese as told by an angmo friend but they know they stand to gain cos' the chinks are pushing property prices up for them, the area where i am renting as a tenant has seen prices go up by 700% over a period of 10 years. the neighborhood where i bought has grown a little but it's an average area where pple dun have too much money. most aussies avoid staying in the city, they prefer suburbs so dun invest in city apartment, they may become worthless. currently, many chinese developers are still clearing land space for further development.

Hi Kraft, now on the way to Perth airport for flight back to sgp. First time in Perth and was quite impress with the place. Though a little slow and the shop does close early. Overall, it's quite a pleasant experience. You are right that the Aussie don't really like Chinese, by the way of their attitudes.....though have encounter some nice one too.

Went over to the suburbs city such as Bunbury, quite a nice place and understand the real estate is quite pricey too.

Drove to a few of the destination such as pinnacles.....very impressive place indeed.
Planning next trip to either Melbourne or Sydney....

Oh, on Optus, the coverage was not that good in Perth....especially in the outskirts....Telstra is better in terms of coverage...got the aud40 card and was outskirts most of the time, so did not have good coverage....

Cheers
