has anyone ever successfully won a lawsuit against the cops in singapore?
the young boy may just be up to mischief not really a sex pervert. when i was a teenager, i have a friend who ransacked his neighbour's, a MGS girl's bras and panties and threw all over the condo where they were staying then, out of pure mischief, no dirty thoughts.
I would like to commend the police for their decisive action.
If these problems are not nipped at the bud children with perverted thoughts will grow up to become rapists and murderers.

I don't know what "justice" you're blabbering about because the police have done nothing wrong.
The boy was hauled up as a suspect in a criminal case and investigating alleged offenses is the primary function of any police force.
How would you like it if you had a daughter or granddaughter who was molested and when she went to the police they refused to interview the alleged offender for fear of hurting his feelings.You'd be singing a different tune for sure.

when they arrests a rapist last time I only saw 2 cops . and here is an alleged "molest" which in my opinion could just be a playful thing amongst kids of their age, given that stress in Singapore education system is already a killer.

To you and leong sam, you both have real fark up logic and as idiotic as the cops. well how would YOU feel if it was your son who gets hauled up and get arrested and handcuffed by 5 big sized cops in school for a suspected molest(no eye witness), interrogated for 2 long hours , handphone snatched away, psychologiocally treatened for 2 hours with no access to outside world(according to papers) and no one including you or your wife or lawyer or even independent adult are allowed any access to your son, who at the end of it probbaly confessed up to end the psychological torture. Oh i forgot he was alos denied his lunch and probably even use of the toilet.
On the other hand if it is your son in question, it is a foregone conclusion of guilt(no need 2 hours of interrogation as he would signed it immediately) and I am sure your son would not jumped off and kill himself as I have no doubt given his warped crap IQ and criminal gene he is really guilty of molest. hence you have no empathy of what innocence is like or what the dead boy went through. hahahah

A teenager's brain is not fully developed like an adult's, making them prone to committing unpredictable, irrational and impulsive acts.
For a minor, the police should never have interrogated the suspect alone without the presence of counsel and ensuring he understands his rights. Studies have shown that it is easier to extract false confessions out of juveniles than adults because they have been conditioned to obey authority.

Also, if no evidence, the police will haul him up for investigation? I read somewhere that it happened in a lift and have CCTV recording. What is the chance of stranger in a lift will go anyhow report someone molested her? You think a girl won't feel embarrassed to tell police she is molested or raped?
