Boy, 11, abducted and sexually assaulted in West Auckland -
"I mean the way we look, our tattoos, dark skin and size against him, a small white boy with no convictions - we would have said goodbye to our families for 20 years".
Father's anger over freeing of son's killer - "I want justice for my son - you can't go around stabbing people and get away scot-free."

Most of the 42 charges to which he pleaded guilty related to 14 men who stayed at his Kaitaia hostel between 2011 and 2014.
Michael Harris is led to the Kaitaia police station by detectives and police.
At least 24 victims - http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/ar...ectid=11759426
The boy, who claimed the sex with the first girl was consensual, was allowed to remain at the upper North Island school despite a request from the complainant's parents that he be sent back to Europe.
The mother and her husband met with the principal in mid-November and were told legally the school could not exclude the international student, who has four months left of a 12 month placement.
"I can confirm the legal advice we have received is that it would not be lawful for us to acquiesce to your request, not would it be appropriate in the circumstances," the principal wrote.
"[The school] has no jurisdiction nor control over private functions organised independently of the school nor is the behaviour of students who attend such events within our authority to address."
Detective Senior Sergeant Kim Libby confirmed police investigated the incidents but "based on the wishes of those involved and the information available to us, police have been unable to advance the matter at this time".
Eileen Harwood, 91, suffered a head injury when two men assaulted her in a home invasion at her Mt Wellington property at 3.30 p.m. yesterday.
The criminals below the age of 17 years are "untouchable" by police and the courts. Dumb politicians in Parliament have voted to protect these criminal 'children' by extending the age of criminal prosecution to 18-year-olds. More thefts, robberies, assaults, rapes, vandalism, even murder will be committed by these 'children'.
As the Bible says, "Spare the rod and spoil the child".
These criminals have rights; but what about their victims?
Who will pay for the damage done to the train and the medical fees of those assaulted by these vermin 'youths'? - the tax-payers, of course.
Why did he resign?
“I’ve taken the knife to some other people, and now I’ve taken the knife to myself'”
He has disgraced the name of New Zealand by not doing the RIGHT THING –
Read the seven letters to him, pleading that he does the right thing – instead, he allows his Chief Executive to discriminate against one nationality by TAXING 100% their CPF savings because he had already collected his CPF savings from the Singapore government TAX-FREE – https://cpfisnotapensionfund.wordpress.com/2016/01/
Stepping down is certainly doing the right thing for blemishing the name of New Zealand.
The Chief Executive of Ministry of Social Development should also fall down on his sword because he was the instigator of this discrimination against one nationality and is the cause of John Key’s downfall FOR NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING – after all, watch the news video – John Key’s voice was emotional and broken up – did he resign on his own accord? Who would want to resign if you are at the top of the National dungheap – nothing could shake his popularity – not increased homelessness, not inflated house prices, not poorer health services, not rampant burglaries, rapes, assaults and the closing of police stations throughout the country, NOTHING!
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Up to March 2016 : 24 Singaporeans have had their CPF savings TAXED 100% by this evil Chief Executive devoid of core values, but all other nationalities get their CPF savings from the Singapore CPF Board and he does not tax them one cent. This is fairness and justice in New Zealand – discrimination by nationality is alright if it is committed by the NZ government with the tacit approval of the ex-Prime Minister –
Table 7. Overseas pension deductions by country in NZ$ at end of March 2016 Country / Number of Overseas Pensions / Annualised Value of NZS & Supplements / Annualised Value of Overseas Pensions / Percentage of total Average deduction –
Singapore 24 $296,825 is the total amount of Singaporeans' savings TAXED 100%
Yet, the CPF Board willingly and generously gives out to thousands of Kiwis working in Singapore their CPF savings when they leave the little island that could fit into Lake Taupo.
AND the CPF Board wants to deplete the CPF Savings of this poor woman by making her pay $465.72 for her uncle's Medishield premium - https://thesgdaily.com/2016/12/17/ma...te-no-consent/
Well, as 24 Singaporeans have already been cheated of $296,825 under this evil Chief Executive, hundreds of Singaporeans are lining outside the CPF Board to withdraw their CPF Savings by throwing away their red passports and millions then will be withdrawn from the CPF coffers.
So why is the Singapore Embassy curiously silent about this and not fighting for the rights of Singaporeans?
Is it alright for Kiwis to get their CPF savings TAX-FREE while Singaporeans' CPF Savings are TAXED 100%? Why not do the same to Kiwis by TAXING their CPF Savings 100% in Singapore before they exit the island? Thousands of Kiwis have already taken their CPF Savings and left the island (like John Key). Would the Singapore government dare to discriminate against Kiwis like the New Zealand government discriminates against Singaporeans?
Why go for a measly $465.72 from a poor woman when millions of dollars of Kiwis's CPF savings are there for the taking - just rubber-stamp and pass a similar law like Section 70 of the SSA that allows a single immoral man (the Chief Executive) to be a dictator of New Zealand and rule that the CPF savings of Singaporeans under the definition of the NZ Oxford Dictionary is a periodic allowance, a benefit and "can be seen as a pension".
Different strokes for different folks
Former Association president Greg O'Connor said if Delegat had been from the ''other end of the socio-economic scale'', the sentence would have included jail time, or something closer to it.
A ''high-powered lawyer'' could help someone get a lighter sentence, he said.
The sentence had caused ''general disquiet'' among some police officers in Dunedin, especially given the severity of injuries sustained by Kane.
Police Association vice president Luke Shadbolt said it was a shame Delegat's "fearlessness" in yachting wasn't reflected in his private life, calling the assault a "cowardly act".
Please read the comments, especially the most recent one about the Singapore government complaint of John Key and the Chief Executive's discrimination against Singapore nationals.
Fairness? - Yeah, right!
The CPF savings of Kiwis who worked in Singapore are their own but the New Zealand government confiscates 100% the CPF savings of Singaporeans in New Zealand under their UNFAIR interpretation of Section 70 by this immoral, self-serving Chief Executive of the Ministry of Social Development.
"We talked about how to deepen the relationship and from our point of view, to see if there could be more training opportunities," says Dr Ng.
The Singaporean soldiers will head home next week, and then it's another 12 months before they're back for another Waiouru bombing blitz.
...closest...bugger-all...relationships? - why does the Singapore government pay NZ for the use of the training grounds when the NZ Chief Executive of the Ministry of Social Development discriminates against Singaporeans in New Zealand?
"closest indeed" and the Singapore government is curiously silent about this discrimination of Singapore citizens by the NZ government.
