The Problem here is LTA out source, these outsource company employ cheaper employee like Jui Hu Kia to be the LTA enforcement officer, Indian and Chinese..

Now LTA face this issue: They have no Vocational License for Uber at all, nothing to regulate Fare Paying Private Cars. They can suspend revoke Taxi / Bus drivers, if they whacked LTA.
NOTHING like that with Uber.

..and to add insult to injury, LTA allows Malaysian Motorbikes to do Fastfood Dispatch & Malaysian Lorries, do local deliveries......the Msian Enforcement Officers simply close two eyes to the Malaysian plate vehicles....including the lorries that also spew excessive black smoke & drip sand, on the Singapore Roads...

From the reading of the incident plus the video....the LTA Officer had a very bad day....the other side of the coin, most motorist nowadays "got eyes no see tarzan" & we have a lot of "hao dai, hao lian" drivers....they drive expensive cars etc..they feel that they can park, stop or even enter any road or driveway...
What the LTA Officer is wrong...but poor thing, he FLIPPED...
They have Aux Officer patrolling Little India during the time of the riot....the rest, you just add 1+1 = ?....no need to "draw a picture" right?...so these LTA Officers there is of little use too....you have to go visit that area from Friday night to Sunday Night, with the day time included...& you would understand, what I am saying....
