I consider myself a novice in all these but I find it amusing when someone is always waiting for some crash to happen before they want to go in to buy/invest something. The problem is they want to go in but get cold feet and always want to wait a little long thinking there's always a better price. Most of them they end up missing the boat.

One thing I've been taught about investing is you can Never buy at lowest and sell at highest. That's like getting a royal flush.
