SINGAPORE: A woman in her 70s died after a horse-riding accident at Punggol Road on Saturday (Nov 14).

According to a MediaCorp hotline caller, the woman was flung off the horse and "crushed to death". She had been pinned under it for about five to 10 minutes, the caller said.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force said it got a call for help just before 6pm. Officers arrived at 900 Punggol Road about 10 minutes later.

Channel NewsAsia understands that CPR was administered on the elderly woman. Paramedics found that she had no pulse and was not breathing, but they continued with the CPR en route to Changi General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The horse is ok....horses are temperamental creatures & very particular of whom ride them...this must be an old retired stallion living out its old days giving rides, must have taken a dislike with the smell of this 'old mare' riding him...

Looks like, now, it will be charged for homicide & sent to the glue or pet food factory..... :rolleyes:

No lah, at most the stallion can only be charged for rape. He should have known better then to impale the old woman under him for 5-10 mins. Even Annabelle Chong would have died from enlargedvaginaist.
