I have been driving around last week and passed by sky executive suites at bukit imdah near Tesco.how many years has it been.???the building paint has started to fade and peeling off,the entrance feature that has the name of the condo ,the letters are crooked each one of them.

Any of you guys stay there and is the management doing anything about it?

Seems like a sign of over supply of condo units..
Nobody stay and nobody taking care of the building.. It's neglect.

This is another classic example of how incompetent SP Setia now. You should take a look at Setia Eco Cascadia later. We expect most of SP Setia projects will run into trouble after the completion of the project as they dont have the resources to maintain it.

Same like Sunrise. Nowadays the old staff of the Sunrise quit and new staff od UEM come in.
How would they perform is anyone guess. Good or bad...time will tell.

To be fair,the condo looks nice with balcony and all.Big plus near Tesco.talking about maintenance,since it's new,don't think maintence has kicked in.But with paint and wording reaching that stage,can only due to shoddy workmanship or poor quality materials

The issue is serious staffing problem. Dato' Khor Chap Jen is still only an Acting President & Chief Executive Officer. When a CEO cant even know how long he can last there..... what you expect from the rest?

Since its been a few years since Sky Executive suites VP, do they have a new MA? I doubt Setia is still managing it.
