Local PMET should get priority over New Citizens in Job Search

Retrenchment is now raging in Singapore and everyone's affected.. ie local PMETs, New Citizens, FTs .. Etc. However WDA don't differentiate old vs New Citizens when they help them get alternate employment. Locals serve NS and reservists and build up the country's reserves. New Citizens can't even pronounce SAF properly saying it as a word instead of S.A.F!!

Jobs should be filled by the best people regardless of race, language or religion.

All jobs r now standardised so it doesn't matter who fills them.

Mudland has a policy of preferential treatment for real citizens (m&ds) over other citizens (non-Muslims, non-Muslim bumis). Look at how mudland has turned out.

just one question,if all these fts are truly as talented as they seem,why dont they stay in their own countries and make it prosperous and rich?and why is their shithole slumland countries not falling head over heels to hire these "talents"

but in first world highly developed country,where we practise birth control and population planning,labour is in high demand and expensive,why not open the floodgates for the hordes of talents to come in and work in our factories 12 hours a day for 1400 a month?

That's because they are paid 7 figure salaries. That's how you get the best of the best. Not every employer can afford that.
