if there's no demand, there's no supply. the market will correct itself when rent-seeking landlords step on each other's toes, flood the market with an over-supply, and cannibalize each other for dwindling tenant demand. there has got to be a food court in all new developments. otherwise there will not be any foot traffic. but knowing sinkies, they consume night and day in any eatery and have no break for a pause, just to think that they are more frightening than hungry ghosts which get out of jail for only a month. :p

yes yes....i do a little bit of upper lip reading and agree with what you say he is saying to his specky friend....my speciality however is reading of the lower lips.....especially smelly ones.
