Altogether there are 15 MRT stations where local performers can "showcase their talent", including Ang Mo Kio, Boon Lay, Jurong East, Orchard, Tampines and Woodlands.

Taking up precious space for the inevitable squeeze.

Do you plan to write your own music or play cover versions of other musicians? I think this is a problem facing Singaporean musicians. Write own music, the market/audience is too puny, whilst cover versions lack originality, and most people would buy the original CDs or download from the internet. Also, which language do you wish to sing in? English, not a very big or appreciative crowd, Chinese, which dialect? Others (Malay, Tamil), even smaller audience. If you narrow down to Singlish songs, it may be accepted, but the market is very very Peesaish.
