Ching was formerly a policeman who was, for a while, an otah seller, before becoming a contractor for property companies such as Macly Group and Fragrance Group. Later on he began to develop his own projects, and in 2010, joined forces with Eric Low See Ching to form Oxley Holdings, which was listed in the same year.

His main support comes from China. Was IO in AMK police div. He was in the cleaning industry before his big break came. Shld be worth half billion now. NUS grad.

Should be close to bankrupt soon,profits swing from up 50% to down 90% the next year,this guy is just taking huge amounts of risk,borrowing billions and hoping the real estate market swings the right way.machiam gambling like ho jinx.if u watch real estate investing on youtibe,debt is necessary in real esstate in building up a portfolio of tens even hundreds of properties and becoming a tycoon but this guy is like on crack cocaine wall street gambling.its like piling on debt to stay alive and one day when a systemic error occurs,a gust of wind blows and the house of cards disintegrate

yes but their debt to equity is at 480 %

for every dollar of real estate they own,they owe $4.80 of debt,but it has fallen from 480 percent to 81 percent could be a good sign.

just overvalue your assets and you will reduce the debt to equity.
