Afshin was born in 1972 in southern Iran in a city called Abadan. His earliest childhood memories was the islamic revolution in 1979. When he was about 8 years old he remembers a plane flying about 40 feet above his head and a few seconds later there was a loud sound and the ground shook. This was the first bomb dropped by the Iraqi Airforce. At this point they got into a car and left everything they owned and went to a city about an hour away. When the Iraqi's advanced they had to move four more times before they had to leave the country in 1987. As a 15 year old he crossed the dessert walking into Pakistan and witnessed
the poverty in Pakistan. From 1990-1992 he spent time in Bangladesh as a missionary while waiting to move to Canada. He is now the founding member of I AM Thirsty Ministries in Vancouver. Afshin is happily married and recently renewed his wedding vows for his 15th year anniversary. Afshin and his wife have four beautiful children.

One of the most powerful testimonies of hell that anyone can give is an Atheist. The majority of the world believes in a creator, so convincing them that hell exists is like preaching to the choir. However, atheists believe that when we die, we basically cease to exist and are food for worms. I have noticed a pattern with testimonies of Hell. God seems to gently show people of other religions that he (Christ) is the one true God, but with Atheists, he yanks their chain pretty hard and allows them to see or at least experience a taste of hell. Maybe he has to do this because Atheists are typically very prideful, arrogant and stubborn about their beliefs, or lack of belief. Either way, when an atheist goes to hell, comes back and has instantly transformed into a devout Christian, it is definitely worth watching and considering. Why would many professed Atheists say there is a hell, unless they have actually gone to hell.

This is a great wonderful true story from former Muslim Fatimah in Singapore. Her father was from India. Her father was Imam as well as grandfather and brother. She had several incurable diseases at one time around age 30s, which was osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and leukemia. She was hopeless.

She asked a Christian friend to pray for her one day. She found out she got cured when she went for her body scan the next day. She got healed by God completely. She wondered about Jesus. Jesus came to her house and she had an encounter with Jesus.

She became a Christian. And her mother and family members tried to kill her several times but God protected her. She also witnessed miracle healing after she prayed in the name of Jesus later on.
