For tonights live streaming of WP's Rally at Punggol East by Happy TV, it is a total failure. Audio total mismatched with video. Even children can see that He Ting Ru's female voice did not match the Indian guy giving a speech on stage (Time: 7.25 pm). Useless Happy TV Production.
