So the tax department gave financial information on the company serving WP TC to MND. Did the company commit a crime that the financial information filed to the tax department can be freely given to any government department?

This is a breach of confidentiality. Without cause IRAS can suka suka give you financial information to any government department that request it.

The news says reply from AseeRA.

If FMSS has only 5 natural shareholders and making profits, why are they not opt for private exempt company filing without attaching accounts.

Most Chinese towkay would not like to disclose their financial records as it searchable and retrievable by anyone from public.
