Stomper Andrea saw a man exposing his private parts at a residential area in Hougang.
According to the Stomper the man has been exposing himself to children as they leave their homes for school three times in the past few months to three girls aged 15, 10 and 5 as well as two boys aged 11 and 8.
Said Andrea via an email:
"The man has repeatedly exposed himself to the children who run home crying thereafter.
"He has waited for them strategically around the corner from their home at Park Villas Terrace.
"The man has has exposed himself and masturbated in front of children."
The Stomper also mentioned that the police have been notified about the incident.
