This is not true..Voters do not vote on racial line. If the guy is a Malay of WP, the Chinese, Indians will still vote for him.

LKY created this bullshit to set up GRC to keep pappies in power, knowing sinkies are afraid to stand up against the pappies in GE, which means more walkover for the pappies. The rest is history about how the GRC helped many pappies' tail coat riders to masok Parliament.

I dunno if it is a good idea to field every minorities in every GRCs! If you cannot find good minorities candidates you just squeezed them there just to make numbers, it might weaken your team and weaken the nation in making the right decisions! They might become a liability to the nation!

Oppositions calibres and standards already so low, I think the standards for minorities are even much lower! Because the desire to fill in the minority numbers is there!
