The reason why so many foreigners so few Singaporeans hired in MNC local offices

"Singapore allowed it while other countries don't." I think so too this is the reason based on my past work experience dealing with Malaysia, etc country offices.

So don't look down on South East Asia govts, they are not as lousy as you think they are! They take better care of citizens than foreigners for sure.

a company can be made up solely of foreigners as long as all employees are EP holders. that what I know from dealing with such companies.

Malaysians have been allowed to work in Singapore easily and no foresight PAP allowed other to do the same.

I think LHL is a poor quality leader. He is to be blamed for this bad situation in Singapore.

He insists that importing more foreigners is the only way to 'survive'.

Remember someone proclaimed Singapore belongs to everybody?

it's mainly the result of several bi-lateral trade agreements signed between sg and many 1st and 3rd world cuntries. importation of human resources by the masses is part of those deals. the question you need to ask is why the deals are so important to the ruling regime that the inner circle has to accept unprecedented risks after weighing both risks and benefits?

you have not answered the question. what's so important in those deals that the ruling inner circle is willing to gamble, bet and sacrifice their citizens, national identity, and political future for years, if not decades, to cum? what short term gains and benefits are there over long term risks? it's not about who's smarter in wheels and deals or negotiations. don't cloud the issue.
