If Roy wins, then LHL is toast. If the Opposition forms the next government, LHL can kiss his lawsuit goodbye. Roy can then sue LHL instead and have a good chance of winning. The new government will bring in an angmo judge from UK for the case; yes, our current crop of judges need to cleaned out.
