The reason is that something has dissatisfied the couple and they have decided to have a disproportionate reaction by kneeling on the road and disrupting traffic.

It doesn't really matter whether she failed to get a refund of her agency fees or whether they are both feeling hungry. Today it could be the former reason, tomorrow the latter. The less we know the better.
