unless this site becomes one that caters for paedophiles and/or a solely political site (requiring registration and to ensure no foreign funding), there's nothing that warrants a shutdown. notwithstanding the anti-establishment views and the sometimes racist undertones (that's assisted and tempered with your glaring wayang support of the pappies), you'll continue to be their blue-eyed boy and not to be taken seriously, so no threat.
