By far except for jb GRC, pap hasn't formally introduce their teams in those GRCs contested by WP.

It will be interesting to know if pap will deploy potential office holders in those GRCs?

The "free" buffet probably EXCEEDED the revised $4 per voter under new legislation allowable for candidate expenditure for the election. How come no queries, or must a private police report be lodged?

There is this allowable limit?

If so, then indeed is a breach.

With Dr Lily Neo in team, is going to be a big challenge for any party including WP.

Even if Dr Lily Neo stand in an SMC gainst PAP, PAP also will not win.

Be prepared for last second changes on Nomination Day. I think in 1988, the late Tay Eng Soon was despatched to Eunos. His River Valley was entrusted to someone else. Move was to counter Francis.

Giving food (chicken rice or economy rice) and providing transportation to ferry voters to PAP rallies also goes beyond the $4 limit per voter. PORK BARREL vote buying in the extreme sense to say the least

The maximum spending limit of political parties in an election will be raised from S$3.50 to S$4 per voter, the Elections Department (ELD) announced yesterday (Aug 20), adding to the anticipation of the coming General Election, which is widely expected to be held next month.

The increase is to account for inflation, ELD said, adding that the law imposes a ceiling on a candidate’s election expenses to ensure a level playing field. The limit was last adjusted in 2011. “Usually, the expenses limit is reviewed before each General Election,” the ELD said in response to queries. - See more at: http://www.gov.sg/news/content/toda...it-among-ge-rule-changes#sthash.Hy1xPWJB.dpuf
