Before you start to defend the doctors, you don't even know who are they? Maybe the doctors are from third world countries?

Nobody is here to defend doctors . you must be very stupid and like alot of sinkies talk crap and brain full of shit and never travelled anywhere . in life there is nothing as 100% safe or guaranteed or certain.
The only things in life that is 100% guaranteed is death, taxes and the stupidity of sinkies like you. there is a thing called side effects of medicine. my doctor always said all medicine has side effects like all airlines have plane disasters. it is only the frequency, stupid.
if you die of drug allergy eg penicillin you cannot fault or sue anyone or even the drug company as this is like bad luck. you wold lose the court case. go and ask any lawyer. thousands of people die from drug allery or high risk operations worldwide every day.
that's why penicillin is still around and doctors still give it and if you die from an unknown allergy, too bad.
use your brains( if you have any)for every life lost to pencillin allergy, probably millions of lives are saved.
Go ahead and threatened the doctor next time you have an infection and ask him to give a 100% guarantee that you would not have any side effects from antibiotics. he would tell you to fark off and treat yourself.
It's like flying an aeroplane. Go and ask teh airline to give you a written 100% guarantee that the plane you are taking would NOT crash and the airline ticketing officer would tell idiots like you to fark off and try walking instead .
lastly if you lose the lawsuit you have to pay the other parties legal fees. eg like in that SGH orthopaedic spine case highlighted last month where some stupid sinkie sue and lost and now he has to pay $500K legal fees to all the expert witness and the other parties lawyers fees. of course lawyers would always tell you taht you have a case but if you lose you end up paying and he still wins and collects thousands.
