Why? Arent they all already present in the VVIP area?
Why dont they get SMRT to parade their trains for NDP. Surely wont breaj down during the march past.
the trains will be put to the test on national day,hundreds of thousands of people fleeing the scene of the celebrations,the stadium mrt will be packed and jammed full to crush load over and over.if things go wrong,at least we will have tanks and artillery on standby to tow the trains in case of breakdown and emergency.
It will be really nice if WP , SDP, RP, SF and all the Opp parties can participate in the NDP march-past.

SMRT should parade the first train breakdown with smashed window to showcase our world class transport system.
Video clips showing the latest "meltdown" of the North, South, East and West line would give a perspective of how the system have make tremendous "improvement" over time.
