How about adding to this list ?
11. HDB flats for sale only to sinaporans. No sale of HDB flats to Permanent Residents. They can only rent HDB flats. Stop foreigners from making money from buying and selling HDB flats and prevent them from pushing up resale prices of HDB flats.
12. Stop giving free scholarships to foreign students. Give free scholarships only to children of sinaporans born and raised in the country.
13. All naturalised new citizens to serve period of probation of good conduct for three years after getting the new shitizenship. No automatic right to keep shitizenship if the new shitizen gets a court conviction for any offences.
14. Make the country safe for citizens. Deport all foreigners including Permanent Residents, visitors and pass holders with court conviction for any offences.
15. A caring Govt working for the people and for the prosperity of the country.
