Basically parity now. Some converters show AUD slightly ahead, some SGD. Fluctuating minute by minute.

I guess this is a big thing if one has children studying in Australia and to a lesser extend, holidaying in Australia. It will be even better if one plan to migrate over there with the now, favorable exchange rate vis a vis to Sing dollar.

Back in the early to mid-nineties, the SGD was consistently stronger than the AUD about S$1 to A$1.07 – 1.12. Many parents sent their children there to study then, and quite a number emigrated.
