the bto for khatib court sales launch was in September 2013,

she only sold her company officially in 2014, i suspect that there is some wrong doing, that's why she sold the company at the end of 2013.
i am very sure something is amiss here between hdb and her company.

Seen a lot of these cased, normally someone will advise to close the company, but since got contractual obligation......then advised to sell the company.
But heard like still have management influence thru advisory or consultant of the company who.

it is so obvious that HDB awarded the Khatib Court project to her when she was still the owner of the company, according to the news report above, she has the cheek to say that she sold the company cos' she want to focus on her ward.

the moral of the story is that if you wish your enterprise to succeed in a small market, be supportive of your ruling regime. kiss their ass if possible and better still, join them for fast-tracking and favorable outcums in bidding exercises. this is a tested and true modus operandi all over the world from 1st world to 3rd. awards of bids tend to go to entities that the awarder trusts and has familiarity with. this is hardly a moral or ethics issue. it's enterprise best practice, and it's rampant in the corporate world. if the wp cums to power (heaven forbid), kiss their ass too and join them if you need to win business for your enterprise. don't know what the fuss is all about.
