yes, sinkees had been feeding the blancopappyrattus for so long that they had became fat, slow, inept, & lazy that, they can not be bothered to catch their cousins the RATS. To rid of the RATS, they have to get rid of the source, but 60% Sinkees are blind, dumb & mute...so live & let live...
Wait till the population hits 10 million. With more competition for scarce food resources, the rats may wriggle up your underwear to nibble at your natural cheese.
