That is the general consensus at ground level.
Think all oppo should watch for boxes with false bottoms in case of fixing which was publicly declared years ago.
Imagine boxes with 1 or 2 inch false bottoms stuffed with votes. But once boxes are opened and votes poured out, false bottom opens and ALL the other VOTES also pour out onto table....like magician box.
