Looking at the breakdown dates, it sets me wondering....
If someone is able also to provide the dates of changes in SMRT Top Management personnel and match them against the breakdowns, especially in the last one and a half years, we will get an idea who has been cocking up the show....
Must be something which the newies introduced, in their excitement to introduce their vast acquired military knowledge into the chivvy street.....

How the fuck I know how bad 2014 was? Anyway being a visitor to this tiny island I was also affected last night at 10.30pm having to miss so many overloaded buses. But this morning was made good when I enjoyed 3 MRT rides free I charge. MRT da best!

Saw Phiak Hwa took over a good system. She was hungry for profit and took shortcuts in maintenance. Problems surfaced during Desmond'd time but he was not the talent needed to clean things up. He probably tried. Scholars are often known to be hard working, but talentless is talentless and he could be barking up the wrong tree these 3 years.
