Well this is not the first time the organiser organised such event, just that previously not with a concert or held in the night. The organiser has announced that this event will complete with a powder party. Which attract the participants to sore to 15,000.
The owner of the water theme park were made known of this powder party, but they were assured that the corn flour will not be flammable. Which explained that the theme park has arranged only 40 part time student to be the safety warrant for a total crowd of 15,000. And worse of all these safety warrants were not effective or either trained, because with the fire extinguishers nearby none were put to use.

Halal meaning all the ingredients and even utensils and equipment have never touched pork or is pork derived, so must be certified accordingly. Some Muslims are very anal about this.
it's more than just about getting tainted by pork. it involves food prep, how animals are raised and killed, and who the food preparers are. a goat killed by tiongs or infidels in the non-halal way is considered non-halal.
That is talking about live warm blooded animal meat, it doesn't go so far for cornstarch.
this totally exposes you as ignorant. if cornstarch or any other food and beverage is tainted by blood (any blood) and or intoxicants including alcohol (not just pork), it is also in violation of the halal rule. the way the food is prepared and workers who prepare it allow the religion to permit them as "halal". drinking alcohol is breaking with halal. a food preparer who cuts his fingers and blood is spilled in the food is breaking with halal. a mexican drunk who speaks with tequila in his breath while preparing cornstarch powder is breaking with halal. it basically covers all aspects of daily life, including your fingers not getting tainted by shit while shitting. you should know that by now since you use a bidet or a water hose to clean your ass.

my family runs foodstuff business so i know. if you wish to sell to muslims, you pretty much need "halal" labels on all your products and have your factory inspected and certified by a "halal" agency. i'm referring to prepared and packaged food and beverages, not fruit grown naturally. if you are a vegetable farmer, try to sell your produce to muslims, and your vege patch uses manure or any fecal matter you better repent. otherwise they will cut your cock off.
