MOH had spent a lot of money on those SG50, "sweeteners".....& to capture an everlasting Shanghaied payee, for their elaborate MediShield Life after capturing their CPF already....no budget to place people screening arrivals....

there may not be a MERS. it could a a ploy to get everyone apprehensive becos of the nearing GE.

pap's lame and evergreen tactic is FEAR. since they run out of evil schemes, they conveniently borrow this as an excuse.
