to fix Go to pictures app on iPhone Select a photo Click the share button Click iMessage Select the contact who sent you the text Click send. Should make both phones return to normal


Two ways.. either have Siri send a text message to the person that sent you that bad text, or open your photos and send a photo to that person that sent you that text.

For now those Kiasu Sinkies like me just off notification for the time being till apple software offers an update Go to Settings--> Notifications--> Messages--> Change the settings :
1. Show on lock screen - off it
2. Alert style when unlock - none

There will be sound alert & a small red icon alert in your message app itself. <3
