Our gahbrament always practice double standard.
If you are a local Sinkie with no $$$, you can't have double citizenship.
If you are a FT with plenty of $$$, you have carry as many citizenship/PR as you like.
Hence this "teeko chan" can easily get a PR the moment he invested some of his $$$ here.
He can even get his citizenship the very next moment if he wish to.
