Brunei voted as best place for expats to work alongside singapore in south east Asia. No income tax, no car import tax and no waste money and time on booze and KTV girls. Buy books or subscribe to astro cause nothing on TV either.
You're wrong after learning from oldman many years ago, the Sultan has
place at least 20% tax on cars. Petrol $2.15 per gallon years ago not sure how now!
Passenger/ tourists visit Brunei carry certain goods are liable to be taxed,
not every thing are tax FREE!
Income are tax Free, Business are tax Free, medical and education are FREE!

All I know, they fill pick up trucks at B$20 on diesel.
