ike that anyone can come to somme rd park and do anything and say i didnt knw need permit.
Also use loud speaker no problem
now no sign of cops ma ybe. Election coming. Anyone can do what they like?

Entire area got to listen to live band coz one one dead person?

Yet didnt nparks and police and others make noise anddo something re loudspeakers in hong lim park,
This event at somme did not even apply liscence

now have to listen to contrzctor clanging banging taking down tentage

almost whole sunday burned

enduring the noise is one thing, but they think they own the park land, and everyone else has to listen.
why myust have speakers.... ?
also now anyone suka suka can just errect tentage in the park?
