Which one of the lims plays LKY. Is it the one with the name ending with tong or siu? I think it's tong. Both of them look similar except that siu is botak. Tong has also acted in overseas movies hollywood ones.

You are right. It is Lim Kay Tong, Kay Siu's elder brother who would play old fart in the SG50 movie, 1965.
