Stomper Sheila saw a man painting his house in nothing but his underwear in a HDB flat at Yishun yesterday (Apr 26) at around 5pm.

Based on the photos sent by the Stomper the man was painting the grills of what is believed to be the balcony of a HDB flat on the third storey.

The bespectacled man looks to be in his 50s or 60s.
