JAPAN AV STAR SORA AOI SETS SIGHTS ON SOUTHEAST ASIA

Japanese AV superstar Sora Aoi is planning to break into the Southeast Asia market after she was banned from promoting herself in China.
The censors in China have started to ban the 31 year old from making live appearances at events for her fans. It seems the China censors have deemed Sora Aoi not suitable for China.
It is reported that appearances at such fan events could earn Sora Aoi over S$200,000.
The singer, actress and celebrity started her career in adult videos in Japan but as she grew older, she has transitioned more to focus on her singing and acting. Many of her fans have followed her since her AV days.
Sora is a big hit in China with over 15 Million weibo followers but since the government there is blocking her and many other Japanese AV stars out, she has now reportedly set her sights on Southeast Asia.
Will we be seeing more AV stars from Japan doing outreach in Singapore?
