I agree. If you have worked with Indians in India , you will understand. Some very smart people there but they will argue more than they work. In a dictatorial environment like a company you might get somewhere. In a democratic, legal and civil setting, forget it. Lee Kuan Yew read them right. But what they have is a tsunami of people.
