Some basic rules to bulling and avoid getting bullied.
Rule 1: Always have more friends or more powerful friends than the potential bully
Rule 2: Improve your physical appearance and personal grooming. A person who is well-build is less likely to be bullied. All forms of bullying - verbal, body language, office politics all have the potential to end up getting physical. The potential bully knows that too.
Rule 3: Improve your communication skills. Learn how to voice your opinions. People who are bullied are often cowards who lack confidence to speak up. People insult and jeer at you, and you are at a loss of words on how to retort back. A bullying incident can happen and end within seconds while you are clueless on how to react. But the long-term effects is that people who witness you getting bullied successfully immediately lose respect for you permanently.
