This is what happens when you call bus drivers 'bus captains'. Eventually, they begin to believe the euphemistic hype and apply pilot speed to their bus driving.
They should be called Bus Lance Corporals and they can work their way up from there.
Please lah.......Bus driver, just say bus driver............if they work and perform, than work their way up to Executive Bus driver and Senior Executive Bus driver....and Executive Senior Executive Bus driver......and keep adding Executive and Senior to the title....
