If you look up on m&d history they have something called proto-malay and deureto-malay or however you spell it. As you know proto as in prototype means the first design of a new product that is still in the works and not fit for release yet. These proto malays are not considered malays but something like the ancestors of the malays. Anyway i doubt most modern m&ds have chinese blood. m&ds come from china and as you know in southern china they look chinese but are not chinese.
