I won't attend a PAP rally unless I am on grassroots duty. Yet, I still vote for PAP. It's an open-and-shut case. PAP is competent, developed Singapore as we know it today and is the only party with experience to handle a world-class city and country. The other opposition parties can't even run their own political parties without tons of petty squabbles. No sane person would trust them to run a country.
Many sinkie voters feel the same way. Hence, they also won't attend a PAP rally but will still vote for PAP resolutely. Most sinkies who attend opposition rallies are just there for entertainment and to let off steam. Vast majority of them won't trust the opposition too.
