Straits Times made a very very brief mention on 24th Feb ( on Home ... page B7)
Why..?
1. Because it is a controlled media and they do not want to embarrass themselves.
2. Because it is quite frequent that it has become a non-event.
The reason why I am putting this up is that they have take us for granted and are telling us they are non-accountable and are protected by their media.
There is no reason to make explanations.( think they run out of reasons and excuses )
If in a freer country with more press freedom, this will be highlighted with much criticisms which act as a catalyst for them to improve efficiency.
Here, they can put their noses high in the air and ask us to accept their inefficiencies and sloppiness.
Can you feel their arrogance and high-handedness on such issues..???
