this SG50 is one BIG conspiracy for sympathetic votes. hence, the main reason for keeping the immortal alive so that he can give a last glorious wave, then it would be GE, then it shall be eternal goodbye for him once the GE is won.

Antibiotic is cheap lah ...he is costing lots of taxpayers money ...special room, extra expensive equipment, a nurse and two bodyguards have to be in his every second.

Per Uncle Google, infection chances increase by 1% for every day in mechanical ventilation. Guess after a month it will be over 40%. It was not meant to be a long term solution, only till patient recovers to breathe on his own
