and some sinkies call this the best, just because the prawns are large and unshelled, and noodles served with dried leaf for looks and not necessarily for flavors. just look at the noodles. they are more like steamed than fried.

sheng seng fried prawn noodle at cambridge road. interesting use of tua bee hoon and suay bee hoon. although ingredients are a lot, it's only $2.50. i care less about the ingredients, but the noodles are fried well with the right amount of gravy.
