Question - Man takes upskirt pictures of a lady. Witness spotted incident and detained man. Police arrived. Interviewed lady. Lady told police she enjoys being a 'victim' and does not feel her modesty was outraged at all. Still an offence?
Even if she did not wear underwear, it should be OK to take "up skirt" photos. its not like peeping in shower as its being done in public places. If the women do't like people to take photos, then wear long skirts or pants.
How come women never take "up pants" photo of men in bahamas or shorts?
Is that an offence since a man's modesty cant be outraged?
