Global luxury realtor Christies International Real Estate officially opened an office in Singapore this month, located atPalais Renaissance in the heart of Orchard Road.
Led by industry veteran Samuel Eyo and his team of experienced agents, Singapore-Christies Homes will look to showcase exclusive overseas properties to Singaporean buyers, including unique, one-of-a-kind assets such as farms and ranches, vineyards, and equestrian estates.
The firm will also offer upmarket local real estate to Singapore-based clients as well as international investors seeking premium investments.
With 20 years of real estate experience, Eyo is well-known in the market for his knowledge of good class bungalows and high-end condos in the Orchard, Marina Bay, East Coast and Sentosa areas.
Previously, he was the Director of Prestige Homes in Savills, a position held since 2006.
