The WP are made up of fools and are being taken for a ride by errant residents who refuse to pay their bills knowing that a touchy feely approach will be taken by their TC. They invent some sob story about family hardship. blah blah and WP will swallow the hogwash hook, line and sinker.

In the meantime honest, hardworking Singaporeans will have to foot higher bills in order to cover the deficit.
