i think that you are quite right about this...

After 40 years old, every year you get to stay in your PMET job is your good luck, not your skill or ability. At the rate technology improves, experience can often be replaced by cheaper, better and faster. A junior executive with 3-5 years experience is more than sufficient to replace a stick-in-the-m&d with more than 10 or 20 years experience.

Loyalty and dedication does not mean he's necessarily the best candidate. His employer already rewarded him for many years by firing him only when he was 51, instead of from 36 years old. Remember that this hiring manager does not give any real chance to any potential interviewees beyond 35 years of age.

govt allow this bad trend to continue when it cud hv licensed them......... govt licensed this n that ,,, even coe top cof ffoff BUT not foreign trash HR who bring in their dirty kind by the plane loads n collect bribes in exchange for jobs.
